Welcome to Aimara Oud. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Aimara Oud

Aimara Oud is a luxury portable Oud Bar service providing bespoke fragrance experiences for weddings, parties, and special events across the UK. We also operate an online store offering our exclusive in-house luxury products.

2. Our Services

Aimara Oud provides luxury fragrance products via our online store and bespoke Live Oud Bar experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private functions across the UK.

For events, we supply the agreed package as outlined in your quotation and signed contract. This includes the set-up of our display, trained Oud specialists, selected fragrances, and agreed quantities of bottles, pouches, and any personalisation where applicable.

For online orders, we supply luxury fragrance products as described on our website. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to packaging or presentation where necessary without affecting product quality.

All services are delivered with professional care and attention to detail in line with the brand standards of Aimara Oud.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be requested through our website or by email. A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation and received any required payment or deposit.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Aimara Oud does not store or retain payment card details.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible at info@aimaraoud.co.uk. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it and our standard Returns Policy will apply.

For Live Oud Bar event bookings, cancellation terms are outlined within your signed contract. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within the agreed period may still be subject to the remaining balance as stated in your booking agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

For Live Oud Bar bookings, the client agrees to:

• Provide a safe, secure, and accessible area for set-up

• Ensure adequate space and lighting for the service

• Provide suitable access for unloading and parking (including permits if required)

• Confirm final guest numbers and event details within the agreed timeframe

• Ensure children under 12 are accompanied by an adult when approaching the Oud Bar

The client is responsible for any damage caused to Aimara Oud equipment or materials due to negligence, misuse, or unsafe venue conditions.

For online purchases, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

7. Liability

Aimara Oud is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by fragrance products. For event bookings we recommend that clients inform guests that fragrance materials will be present at the event.

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and images are the property of Aimara Oud and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
