Refund policy
At Aimara Oud, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. While we always aim for perfection, we understand that occasionally issues may arise and we are committed to resolving them promptly.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unopened and sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened and securely packaged.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrances.
We offer a full refund or exchange on packaged, sealed items within 30 days. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund once we have received clear photo or video evidence of the damage.

Important Information
Returns are processed once the item has been received and inspected. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items back to us, as Aimara Oud cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
Receiving Your Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order. The refund amount will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase.
